Just in time for the annual exodus to the Keys during Memorial Day weekend, the newest eatery has debuted inside Hawk’s Cay Resort. Called Angler & Ale it is dubbed as "a classic Florida Keys-inspired restaurant" right in the center of the newly revamped Hawks Cay Marina. The waterfront restaurant’s menu pays tribute to its Florida Keys home featuring plenty of locally sourced seafood with dishes like broiled Florida lobster, whole roasted snapper, lobster ruben, grouper cheeks and tuna nachos. And since it is the Keys, the restaurant also features a ‘Hook N Cook’ option where guests can bring in their fresh catch and have the chef cook it up. Of course no Florida Keys dining experience is not complete without a drink, and Angler & Ale even features a craft cocktail menu with an extensive beer selection including its own signature Angler’s Ale brew. The restaurant is now open daily for lunch from 11:30 am to 4 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 61 Hawks Cay Boulevard in Duck Key.
