Pop-ups are everywhere in Miami lately. Here we will highlight some of the best pop-up options coming to town over the next few weeks and periodically update this guide when old ones disappear and new ones emerge.

Pizza & Burger — Michael Mina's Backyard Kitchen

The Deal: Michael Mina 74 is going casual for the summer, transforming into a pizza and burger spot, with stiff drinks to boot. 
Where: 4441 Collins Avenue
Dates: Through Labor Day.

The Deal: Wynwood's favorite donut pop-up is heading to South Beach for the summer. Posted up inside The Confidante Hotel, it'll feature the popular donuts plus the ever essential mimosa option. 
Where: 4041 Collins Avenue
Dates: Thursday to Sundays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or until sold out.

The Deal: Taking over Michelle Bernstein's Crumb on Parchment space during the evening hours is the team behind Bernstein's abruptly shuttered, Cena. The modern American menu features twists on favorites like Cesar salad croquetas and Scotch eggs.

Dates: Thursday to Saturdays, 6 to 10:30 p.m. through September 30.

Miami smokers Express

The Deal: The homegrown butcher shop and restaurant heads to Brickell for the summer. Taking up shop inside Dolores But You Can Me Lolita, it will offer a variety of sandwiches, snacks and sweets.
