Chicago Based Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen Announces Miami Location

Fast-casual, healthy eating spot Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen is flying south, with plans to open its first Miami location sometime in 2018 inside Aventura ParkSquare. The Chicago-based eatery serves up a variety seasonal entrees, salads, burgers and sandwiches, along with extensive craft beer, wine and spirits selection. It’ll take over a 5,600 square-feet space that, “will feature a sophisticated, minimalistic design and open-air concept.”

Doc B’s currently has locations in Chicago and Tampa, with additional locations set to open in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Fort Worth, Austin and Dallas, Texas. This restaurant addition is just the latest in new concepts heading to the soon-to-be open retail space, joining Icebox Cafe, Starbucks, The Mediterranean Kitchen, Graziano’s Market, and Angelo Elia Pizza Bar & Tapas, who have all announced outposts inside Aventura ParkSquare.
