Clubstaurant STK Debuts Second Miami Outpost

Get ready for lots of loud music – oh, and steak.

STK Miami

For those who like their steak with a side of music cranked up at, we’ve got some good news for you: "high-energy" STK has "softly opened" its first location on the Miami mainland inside the ME by Meliá Hotel at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard.

Playing up to its more buttoned up neighborhood of Downtown Miami, this STK location sets itself apart from the South Beach location by offering up daily lunch (coming soon) and outdoor dining (also coming soon). It’s the first of the newly redesigned STK’s, featuring a little less flash than its predecessors with the trademark brick walls and long white ceiling sculptures gone and more muted black and white tones – and windows! – are in. But don’t worry, not all is lost from the original STKs, it still has a neon lit wall and gold wire cluster lighting, and the menu stays the same with dishes like  lil’ BRGs, lobster mac and cheese and steaks all making an appearance. New to the Downtown Miami menu is King Salmon and Kale Ceasar dishes along with and like the Adult Juice Boxes (aka spiked cold-pressed juices).

The restaurant is now open Sunday to Monday from 5 to 10 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 to 10:30 p.m. and Thursday to Saturday from 5 p.m. until midnight. Lunch service will begin in the upcoming weeks, along with the patio dining.
