Yeah, we’re scratching our heads too

From the people that brought us Momi Ramen comes their latest concept called, Tino’s, debuting in the next 30 days according to the Miami New Times. Housed in the same space that once held the short-lived Momi Oyster at 1040 South Miami Avenue, it’ll serve up a menu that "will focus on small plates including pasta, pizza and gyoza,” made by former Ichimi Ramen chef Constantine De Lucia, who left Ichimi due to “contract negotiation issues.”

The focal point of the space will be a wood-fired oven named “Bertha” (you can’t make this stuff up, folks) that can cook pizza in 90 seconds flat. In addition to the pizza pies, gyoza stuff with traditional ingredients like will also be on hand along with an extensive wine list that can be sipped upon in its outdoor wine garden. Once the restaurant officially debuts, it’ll be open daily for lunch and dinner.
