Tap 42 Opening in Midtown This Fall

Tap 42 is continuing its Miami expansion. On the heels of its opening in Coral Gables in mid-May, it announced today that its second 305 location in Midtown Miami, slated to go up in November.

The gastropub is taking over the now vacant Apeiro space at 3252 NE 1 Avenue, which closed abruptly last month after of less than a year in business. Originally the reps claimed that it was only going to close for 60 days "to resolve some design issues and renovate" but it apparent that it is now a permanent closure.

The massive 6,150 square foot space, when it transforms into Tap 42, will feature plenty of interior and exterior seating with an expansive outdoor patio, suitable for the 42 types of beers on tap that popular eatery and bar plans to serve. Its weekly specials like $5 burger night, bottomless mimosas on the weekends and ladies’ night will also make an appearance.
