The team behind places like Brickell's Zuma, Coya and Tamarina are adding to their ever growing restaurant empire here in South Florida. Yesterday The Real Deal reported that they will open a fast casual chicken concept called Le Chick Rotisserie that is "set to open in time for Art Basel," of course.
The 4,000-square-foot restaurants space housed at 310 Northwest 24th Street will open on the same block as 250 Wynwood, which will also house the upcoming Federal Donuts and Crudos Fusion Sushi, set to debut later this year. The Le Chick Rotisserie also has two outposts in Amsterdam, under the moniker Rotisserie Amsterdam, which describes itself as a "Brooklynese bar and take-away outlet" serving items like chicken, burgers, salads and cocktails. Stay tuned for more updates.
