The over-the-top sweets slingers, The Sugar Factory, have officially debuted their latest concept, Down N’ Dirty Tacos and Tequila Bar on South Beach.
The first outpost of its kind is housed inside the Hotel Victor in a 2,500 square-foot indoor and outdoor space. The restaurant boats "the largest selection of frozen cocktails in South Beach" — 40 in total — including drinks like a cucumber jalapeño margarita and mango picante mojito.
To soak up all those beverages the food menu features an "American twist on Mexican cuisine" with dishes like shrimp fajitas, Mexican pizza, nachos and skirt steak tacos. The restaurant’s decor also keeps with the south of the border theme with colorful wooden booths displaying airbrushed designs, bright wall murals, and rustic furniture.
Down N’ Dirty Tacos and Tequila Bar is located at 1144 Ocean Drive and is open daily for lunch and dinner from noon to midnight. For more information call 305-535-3500.
