The latest restaurant concept in Fort Lauderdale is bringing creative burgers to Las Olas. Spawned by a trio of New England and New York culinary experts, B Square Burgers and Booze is the product of over five decades of combined expertise.
Its menu features over a dozen burgers made with all-natural, antibiotic and hormone-free beef. Diners can choose from the Dad Bod, topped with melted Maytag blue, truffle mushroom, purple caramelized onions and a sunny-side up fried egg, and the Phat Boy, a burger sandwiched between American and cheddar grilled cheese. For hot dog lovers there's the Decadent Dog, a foot-long Kobe beef hot dog with truffle oil, sautéed lobster and garlic butter served with parmesan fries.
Other gaudy dishes include PB+J Jumbo Chicken Wings, the Lobster and Truffle Mac and Cheese and a 22-Minute Pork Chop, a 14-ounce pork chop roasted with sweet & hot cherrypeppers, sun-dried tomatoes and exotic mushrooms. The full bar sits 28 and offers dozens of micro-brew craft beers, specialty cocktails and wines.
B Square is now open every day for lunch and dinner at 1021 E. Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale from 11:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. Happy hour is offered from Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
