Tomorrow night, Brad Kilgore and team finally take over the restaurant space at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, located on the the second floor of the Ziff Opera House.
Appropriately named Brava by Brad Kilgore, the menu features Kilgore’s signature "food with no boundaries" but with touches of European and French technique. The a la carte menu will be overseen by former Toscana Divino chef Jeff Maxfield, who is helping run the kitchen while Kilgore divides his time between Brava and his Wynwood eatery, Alter.
The restaurant will be open starting on Friday, September 30 for all show performance days with seatings available for all evening performances and matinees, as well as post-curtain seatings starting at 8:15 p.m. Check out the full menu below.
