In the age of instant just about anything, three new concepts have arrived to Miami helping to make our lives that much easier.

If you’re a fan of croquetas — and who isn’t in this town — a company called Dos Croquetas will now deliver them right to your door. The traditional ham variety is available along with more unique flavors like mac ’n cheese with bacon and Mexican street corn. Of course, coladas, Jupina and even pan Cubano rolls are also on hand. Deliveries are available Friday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Tuesday to Sunday from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Order them here.

While January means cool temps around the country, it’s prime beach time here in South Florida. Launching last month is Miami’s first beach chair food delivery service, EazyO, offering customers the opportunity to order lunch, beverages and cocktails from their cellphones for delivery directly to their beach/pool chair or towel. Right now the brand is working with public beach concessions and large hotels in the area like the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Download it here.

The matcha craze is just starting in Miami, and the first ever food truck dedicated to the green beverage has now arrived in the area. Called Yoko Matcha, it sells an assortment of drinks made with matcha along with Japanese/Latin fusion pastries like matcha pastelitos, matcha alfajores, and matcha guava cakes. Find the truck’s latest whereabouts this way.
