Mignonette and Pubbelly Sushi Debut Their Second Miami Outposts

Now it’ll be even easier to dine at one of these spots

Mignonette Uptown

Two of Miami’s favorite restaurants opened up their second 305 locations over the weekend.

Seafood lovers in North Miami can get their fill of the oysters at Mignonette Uptown, which debuts today at 13951 Biscayne Boulevard in the former Gourmet Diner spot, while Pubbelly Sushi has taken up a spot at 701 South Miami Avenue, Suite 421.

Mignonette’s North Miami Beach outpost features many of the original menu items and offers several new dishes. Serfer expands the ‘marquee’ to offer 12 different oyster varieties daily, six East Coast and six from the West. Also new to the menu are Buffalo Scallops and BBQ Octopus thanks to its Chef de Cuisine Anthony Ciancio.

As for Pubbelly Sushi, it is now holding court inside Brickell City Centre, marking its fourth location in the world — and second in Miami. Taking the helm of the Brickell kitchen is Executive Chef Jorge Mijangos, who will help dish up favorites like the Butter Crab Roll, Tuna Pizza and Salmon Tartare Taquito, while the beverage program will be executed by Will Rivas. Located on the fourth floor of the complex, it features an open kitchen, warm woods and charcoal walls plus indoor and outdoor dining seating.
