A new contender for the lunch time rush has arrived in Miami thanks to MiMo eatery Phuc Yea. Called Pho Mi, its a delivery only — or in its terms, “ghost restaurant” — that is available every weekday through UberEats.

The Vietemese menu focuses on pho, noodles and banh mis that mix traditional flavors with those that are more Magic City appropriate.. Expect dishes like beef or chicken-based broth phos that is prepared overnight; bahn mis ranging from the classic pork shoulder filled variety to ones made with Texas-style short rib or salt and pepper tofu. In addition, classic rice noodle bowls can be found as well made with items like lemongrass chicken, caramel riblets and more. To wash it all back chilled Vietnamese coffee and jasmine milk tea are both available.

The lunches can be customized with everything from from fish sauce, ground chillies, Sriracha hot sauce, pickles and assorted aiolis all on standby, plus the option to make any of the noodle bowls or phos “skinny” (aka. paleo and lo-carb compliant) by substituting the rice noodles for shirataki noodles.

Pho Mi is now available through UberEats, with more delivery apps promised soon, every Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Check out the entire menu below.
