Love ice cream and booze? Then there’s a shop that has recently debuted that combines them both in one sweet treat — Aubi & Ramsa Ice Cream Co.

Located in the newly opened part of the Miami Design District at 172 NE 41st Street, Aubi & Ramsa serves around 20 flavors of pre-mixed ice creams with flavors like the bourbon-infused Kentucky Creme Brûlée made with Four Roses Single Barrel to the Del Maguey Vida Mezcal spiked Chocolate Azteca.

If beer and wine are the beverage of choice then opt for the White Chocolate Chianti with Gabbiano Chianti Classico or the Stout & Truffle made with Guinness beer. All the ice creams come in 3.7 ounce sizes and pints.

The owners Matias Aubi and Rafael Ramirez, which the store is also named after, spent eight years learning and perfecting how to make the ice cream with the liquor inside of it. The ice creams will rotate out seasonally and can be custom-made as well with a spirit of choice for events and parties.

Aubi & Ramsa is now open from noon to 9 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday and until 1 a.m. Thursday to Sunday. Call 305-946-9072 for more details.
