Over the past week details have emerged about two very different Miami malls and their upcoming food halls.

First up is Aventura Mall (19501 Biscayne Blvc), which come later this year will open a new three-level expansion wing on the east side of the property. Inside of it will house a variety of different restaurants and cafes like CVI.CHE 105, Serafina, Pubbelly Sushi, Harry’s Pizzeria, and Blue Bottle. Then on the third floor will be Treats Food Hall, which will feature a “curated collection” of more than a dozen different food options for hungry guests complete with indoor and outdoor seating complete with communal seating and something you don’t see every day: swings.

Down on Miami Beach, Curbed Miami is reporting that The Lincoln Eatery is slated to open in the fall of 2018 at 723 Lincoln Lane. It’ll highlight “fast and affordable dining options” with plenty of seating available, including a 5,000-square-foot rooftop meant for al fresco dining. No word yet on who might be serving up their cuisine in the hall.

This news comes on the tails of the Italian food hall opening later this year in yet another mall, Brickell City Centre, and the Time Out Miami Market opening down the street from The Lincoln Eatery.
