Award-winning chef Michael Solomonov and his partner Steve Cook just can’t seem to get enough of Miami — and this is before their first restaurant has even debuted in the Magic City.
Today reps of Solomonov confirmed that he would be bringing Israeli-style hummusiya, Dizengoff, to Miami this spring. The space will set up shop right next door to the soon-to-be-open location of his fried chicken and doughnuts fast-casual restaurant, Federal Donuts, at 250 NW 24th Street.
This marks the first southeast outpost for the restaurant, which also has locations in Philadelphia and New York City. The menu is short and sweet, featuring a small assortment of rotating hummus flavors topped with a variety of seasonal toppings like spiced lamb and roasted carrots plus pita and chopped salads.
No official open date has been announced quite yet, stay tuned for details.
