DORAL — The fifth location of Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar & Tapas has officially opened in CityPlace Doral (3535 NW 83rd Avenue, Suite 133). The casual Italian eatery features a menu of traditional Tuscan fare similar to its other locations, plus a few new dishes and Italian pastries from its in-house bakery. Currently the restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11:30 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday. By the end of May, it will be open every day at 7 a.m.
LITTLE HAVANA — Dine on Venezuelan cuisine at the now open Edukos (1701 W Flagler St, Ste 101). Situated right next to Marlins Park it’s a tavern-style restaurant featuring a tapas style menu with plenty of South American touches like mini arepas, alligator sliders, and sweet plantain stacks, plus an extensive craft beer menu. KENDALL — Michael Schwartz’s Harry’s Pizzeria has opened its third location in Miami. This time setting up shop in Downtown Dadeland (8975 SW 72nd Place). The core menu of Snacks, Salads, Daily Entrées, Pizzas and Desserts stay the same, but this new location also features a banana nutella panini, that will be exclusive to Dadeland location (and then Harry's-wide in the summer) and a new oven, with special rotating deck crafted from Italian stone for “optimum" cooking. MIDTOWN — Tap 42 continues its footprint on South Florida, opening its fourth location in Midtown Miami at 3301 NE First Avenue. Officially opening its doors on Saturday, May 20, at 11:30 a.m. just in time for brunch, it’ll feature the extensive beer selection that its known for, gastro-pub fare plus new additions to the menu like sushi bowls, fish and chips, and chicken salad bowls. And it has the group’s largest indoor/outdoor seating option, with more than 40 seats available on its massive patio.
