Bachour Bakery + Bistro Changes Its Name to B Bistro + Bakery

Complete with plenty of new menu additions

B Bakery + Bistro

After a much publicized split from namesake partner Antonio Bachour earlier this year, Brickell’s Bachour Bakery + Bistro is officially changing its name to B Bistro + Bakery starting this Sunday, July 9, when it reopens after a six-day closure to observe fourth of July.

While reps promise that the restaurant’s menu will “remain largely unaffected,” the restaurant’s owner Henry Hané is adding a variety of savory pastries to the lineup, a house pickling and fermenting program, Summer Sweets + Sips Happy Hour, “subtle” updates to décor, a health-conscious grab-and-go section featuring a line of vegan snacks by chef Valerie Chang, plus a nighttime series of different pop-ups, guest chef dinners, and exhibitions are in the works.

New additions to the menu include items like foie gras ganache and berry jam brioche, white truffle croissants, bacon and jalapeno loaf, Cuban picadillo gallette and duck fried rice, but plenty of the restaurant’s popular items like the BBB Cuban and truffle bun will remain.

When the restaurant reopens it’ll serve breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday from 7a.m.-7p.m. and all-day weekend brunch from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at 600 Brickell Avenue.
