Come late-2018, South Floridian’s will have a new spot to get their all-day breakfast fix. Egg-centric breakfast chain Yolk announced that it plans to open two locations in the Sunshine State in Brickell and Boca Raton.
Originally opened in 2006 by its founder Taki Kastanis, Yolk has since opened 13 restaurants in Chicago, Indianapolis, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Yolk’s extensive menu features just about every breakfast dish one can imagine from omelets, to wraps, breakfast crepes, five different types of eggs benedicts, French toast, pancakes, oatmeal and more. But breakfast foods aren’t the only thing on the menu with lunch items offered as well like burgers, sandwiches, and salads.
The Boca Raton location is slated to open in December of this year, while Brickell will follow suit debuting in January of 2019. When it does debut it’ll be open Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
