After 22 years in the same Brickell neighborhood location, Perricone’s Marketplace & Cafe, is moving about one half mile away to West Brickell to a new location at 1700 SW 3rd Avenue.

As with most things in the Magic City, the move comes as the developer who bought the land that Perricone’s currently occupies begins site preparation for a new hotel. Operations will cease at the current location on January 18, 2019. However reps for the restaurant make it very clear that delivery and catering will continue during the construction of the new outpost.

The new space is slated to debut in March/April 2019 and will feature a 2,600 square-foot marketplace and 2,600 square-foot cafe, with full liquor bar and outdoor seating.

“Based on the overwhelming response that we’ve received since it was announced that we sold the land, I knew that we had to continue serving our beloved Brickell community. We are beyond excited to be moving into a beautiful new space,” said owner and founder, Steven J. Perricone.

Perricone’s has been a mainstay in the seemingly ever-changing Brickell neighborhood. It’s best known for its Italian cuisine, garden, and popular brunch, while its adjacent marketplace sells a variety of imported cheeses, cured meats, chocolate truffles and desserts.
