After years of waiting, Malibu Farm Miami Beach will officially open its doors to the public on Saturday, April 28 inside the Eden Roc Miami Beach (4525 Collins Avenue) marking the first East Coast location for the restaurant.

The eatery is spearheaded by chef Helene Henderson, whose Scandinavian background has strongly influenced her cooking throughout her career. On the menu expect vegetable-forward dishes like vegan and coconut tofu, quinoa rice, wood-fired zucchini crust pizza, and grilled veggie sandwiches. But there are dishes for the carnivore dining types as well like Swedish meatballs, chicken ricotta burgers, Proper Sausage topped pizzas, and grilled skirt steak.

The space goes for the earthy yet swanky feel with wood table tops and warm tones found throughout the restaurant, plus a sunken pool that gives diners to glimpse hotel guests swimming by.

Malibu Farm Miami Beach serves breakfast and lunch daily. Breakfast is served from 7 to 11 a .m. while lunch is served from noon to 5 p.m., with brunch and dinner forthcoming. For more information call 305-674-5579.
