South Florida’s food hall craze has arrived on South Beach with the debut of Lincoln Eatery (723 Lincoln Lane). Located adjacent to Lincoln Road, its the brainchild of Terranova Corporation and it offers 13 different dining and drinking options from familiar and not-so-familiar restaurants.
Headlining the group is an outpost of popular Thai eatery Cake Thai Kitchen and Gai-Jin by Cake by chef Phuket Thongsodchaveondee aka “Cake.” Local liquid nitrogen ice cream concept ChillN also has an outpost, along with coffee spot XO Espresso Bar. Newcomers inside the market include Crafted Burger, Fresh Garden Bowls, Manhattan Paletas, New York style deli Marble & Rye, sandwich outpost Necessary Purveyors, Argentine-inspired Patagonia, French bakery Toast & More, TYO Sushi, and Lincoln Eatery’s bar aptly named, The Tavern.
The 9,600-square-foot space designed by Arquitectonica can seat up to 200 diners, and features subway tiles, concrete floors, and a matrix of wooden beams above. In late 2019, project’s second phase will debut – a rooftop terrace that will be open to the public for dining, drinking, and special events. Other shopping and dining concepts will also debut later in 2019 including Genuine Pizza by Chef Michael Schwartz and The Cuban Coffee Cup. The Lincoln Eatery is now open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
