Bellini Restaurant & Bar, located on the top floor of the new Mr. C Coconut Grove hotel, has officially opened its doors to the public. The contemporary Italian restaurant, inspired by the hospitality brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani’s travels throughout Italy, features a range of dishes from different regions of the country. This marks the second Bellini Restaurant & Bar to open debut, with the first restaurant existing within the hotel’s New York location, Mr. C Seaport.

Bellini boasts views of both Coconut Grove and Biscayne Bay, offering indoor and outdoor seating with an old-school Italy meets Miami design. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, its lunch menu offers plenty of grilled dishes including a combination of salad and panini options such as the endive salad with avocado, pear, and pecorino, along with the Mr. C club sandwich. For dinner think items like baked polenta with stracchino cheese and mushrooms, langoustine scampi carpaccio, tagliatelle with saffron and pancetta, and branzino with crushed tomatoes, olives, and parsnip puree.

The Bellini bar offers a selection of wines and spirits with Italian roots along with a cocktail menu featuring the its mandarin and prosecco Mr. C Cocktail along with its namesake bellini, the classic prosecco and peach puree’ drink invented at Harry’s Bar in Venice in 1948.
