Brickell’s Conrad Miami hotel has a brand new eatery, Nativo Kitchen & Bar (1395 Brickell Avenue). Helmed by chef Pablo Lamon, who appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef season 16, it showcases “Miami cuisine” with plenty of Latin American influences.

The space got a serious facelift from its predecessor, Atrio, thanks to interior designer Champalimaud. The design is a departure from traditional business hotels, boasting colors like emeralds, pinks, and geometric shapes. Taking center stage in the space is a custom chandelier designed by Champalimaud in collaboration with Lasvit, and a large bar that features views of Biscayne Bay and a dining room and private dining room areas that offer seating for 131 guests.
Nativo Kitchen & Bar is now open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with brunch planned later this winter. For more information call 305-503-6529.
