Downtown West Palm Beach’s Rosemary Square (700 South Rosemary Avenue) announced a slew of new eateries coming to its open-air space later this month and in early 2021.
Miami-based restaurants such as the health-conscious Pura Vida scheduled to open December 2020, while the plant-based Planta restaurant expected to open in early 2021 and will mark the only location outside of Miami in Florida. True Food Kitchen is also scheduled to open a 6,000-square-foot restaurant focusing on health-conscious food in 2021.
Adding to the roster of eateries are plenty newcomers as well. First up is Fish Bowl at High Dive, a pop-up seafood eatery by chef Jeremy Bearman, former executive chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Rouge Tomate in New York City. The outdoor-only restaurant is scheduled to open in December and will offer small plates and drinks. Next is Barrio, Big Time Restaurant Group’s latest restaurant, which will focus its menu on classic Latin neighborhood street food. And then there’s Bonita’s, from Ricky and Niria Perez the duo behind Zipitios, which will serve tacos, tostadas, and other items, in a pop-up location that will debut by the end of 2020.
These restaurants join eateries Restoration Hardware’s RH Café; The Regional Kitchen and Public House led by James Beard-nominated chef Lindsay Autry; and City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill by Big Time Restaurant Group.
