Just in time for the big game next weekend, the always growing Brickell neighborhood is getting its first brewery: EST. 33 Thai Craft Brewery and Kitchen (701 South Miami Avenue), marking the Thailand-based brand’s first U.S. location.

Owned and operated by Boon Rawd Brewery Company Limited, which produces Singha and Leo beers, the space boasts seven fermentation vessels in addition to seven serving tanks that create beers like the light and golden Legend Lager, the Vienna-style One and Only Kopper, the summer wheat Aromatic Snowy, and the namesake 33 Pale Ale.

EST. 33 Thai Craft Brewery and Kitchen features a full menu as well created by executive chef Oliver Lustado, who combines Asian flavors with techniques of American barbecue. Think dishes like steamed buns filled with lemongrass chicken or Thai-spice rubbed beef brisket, beef jerky, crispy pork cracklings, red curry crab croquetas, broccolini, and more.

Located on the fourth floor of Brickell City Centre, the brewery and restaurant houses tall ceilings, greenery, and natural elements, with the brew tanks serving as the centerpiece of the space. With 93 seats indoors and an expansive covered outdoor patio with 62 seats overlooking the mall’s atrium.

EST. 33 opens to the public on Friday, January 29. It’ll be open Sunday through Wednesday from 6 to 11 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to midnight. For more information, call 305-374-7535.
