Central Fare, the food hall located inside of Brightline Trains Miami station, is transforming into Citizens MiamiCentral this November with new ownership up to 16 new vendors. For this new food hall Brightline has partnered with C3, the food-tech platform founded by hospitality pro Sam Nazarian, to bring a brand new assortment of restaurant stalls to the space.

Citizens MiamiCentral will include restaurants by Chef’s Table star Dario Cecchini, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, and Dani Garcia, an Andalusian chef who is best known for his eponymous three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Marbella (which closed in 2019, but he famously refused to “return” the stars). Those restaurants will sit alongside other C3 restaurants like Umami Burger, Krispy Rice, Sam’s Crispy Chicken, and new restaurants including Sa’Moto, EllaMia, and Miami’s own Cindy Lou’s Cookies. These new additions will join the space’s original food outposts including La Estacion, Rosetta Bakery, Patagonia, CAO Bakery and Cafe, Art de Vivre, and the forthcoming 800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen by Miami Heat stars Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem.

Guests of Citizens MiamiCentral will also have the option of contactless ordering and pick-up through the Go by Citizens app, which allows users to purchase items across multiple C3 restaurants in one order. Take-out and delivery of all of the restaurants inside the food hall will be available via Go by Citizens to the surrounding Downtown Miami area.
