Miami has quickly become a favorite location for popular restaurants in other major cities to debut outposts in. The latest to announce plans in Miami are New York City pizza institution Joe’s Pizza and Los Angeles favorite the Henry.

Joe’s Pizza will debut its South Florida location inside the Wynwood 25 complex in early 2022, according to the Miami New Times. Joe’s makes what many consider New York City’s most popular slice of pizza, and has been serving its pies to hungry New Yorkers since 1975, but only in the past decade has it started expansions throughout the city in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It joins other imports inside of the Wynwood 25 complex like Portland-based Salt & Straw and Austin-favorite Uchi, and will be neighbors to the forthcoming Pastis also debuting in 2022.

Trendy West Hollywood restaurant the Henry will make its way to the East Coast opening inside Brickell City Centre in early 2023. Hailing from the same restaurant group behind neighboring North Italia, it serves an all-day American menu with global touches. Diners will be able to order dishes like quinoa breakfast burritos, short rib potstickers, lobster cacio e pepe, roasted turkey French dip, and Vietnamese salad. Its weekend brunch is also wildly popular with guests filling the space to consume items like strawberry French toast and potent bloody Marys.
