Burgers are what life's all about. Well, this week anyway. And if you want to know where you can find the newest ones, we've got you covered. From meat-overload to fishy adaptations, and all sorts of interesting ingredients along the way, here's a list of 15 New Burgers you should be trying. Most of these are permanent additions to the menus save for OTC (their burgers will only be available this week) and all are new for 2013.
Food with the word "swamp" in it might not seem all that appealing, but this time, it really is. Chargrilled 100% Angus Beef topped with house-made Alligator Chili, melted swiss, homestead tomatoes, lettuce & onion on an onion roll. Swampy and tasty.
Ah, that good ol' barbecue. What's this new BBQ & Blue Burger all about you ask? Applewood Smoked Bacon, Blue Cheese & BBQ Sauce piled high on a sesame seed bun with pickle wedge and a peperoncini.
This one's for you pescatarians: Tempura fried yellowtail snapper with malted tartar sauce. served with baby arugula, vine ripe tomatoes and crispy fries. Fishy good.

Just opened yesterday, this is the newest burger you could possibly get. Made scrumptious with Cheddar Pimento Cheese, Sweet Onions and Housemade Brioche.
Another newbie in town, Biscayne Tavern and their Tavern Burger. Florida grassfed beef, lettuce, tomato, purple onion, bread & butter, pickle chips and house rémou lade. Served on Martin’s potato roll.
Not all burgers are created equal, this one's made with chicken: 8 oz. chicken burger, smoked pork belly bacon, Havarti cheese, avocado, whole wheat bun, served with sweet potato fries and honey mustard.
For another meatless options (an Asian-inspired one), try Biscayne Taverns Seared Tuna Burger. Served with pickled ginger, miso mayo, and charred scallions on a toasted black sesame bun.
