Miami's Cheap Cocktails: Where To Drink Up

It is possible in this town

View as Map

It's easy to find a $20 cocktail in Miami. You can, for example, stroll down Ocean Drive and discover tons of fun-priced libations (no less palatable even at the size of your head). However, If you're not looking to go for a nice swim in your $60 margarita, the options become more limited. Still, there are actually plenty of places all around Miami that don't overcharge for their spiked beverages and a few that practically give them out for free — and we've rounded up 10 of them for your drinking (and wallet) pleasure.

Here's the deal at Blackbird: bottled fizzy cocktails (which they bottle in house) are $10, but for each you purchase between 3 and 7 p.m., you get a poker chip for a free cocktail. You can use it the same day or save it for later and use it any time (even when weekends and non-happy hour hours).

Miami New Times

Free Spirits

A random "sports cafe" at the Days Inn on 20 Street, Free Spirits is actually a decent-sized dive with pool tables, darts, a jukebox, and friendly staff that is nothing close to the typical SoBe scene. The bar has been known for having a variety of "down and dirty" drink specials too.

At this laid back cocktail bar in Wynwood a handcrafted drink will only run you around $10 and you snag a bottle of champagne for just $16.

Yelp

Lost Weekend

Mac's Club Deuce

The Deuce, as it's known to locals, has been around nearly 50 years and remains a SoBe staple. It's even one of Anthony Bourdain's favorites, and it rocks cheap drink specials at almost every hour of the day.
