Nestled on the third floor of the Thesis Hotel, Mamey offers guests Caribbean-inspired tunes by a rotating lineup of bands and DJ sets every Thursday through Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Chef Nivel Patel’s menu includes seasonal cocktails and flavorful bites such as white truffle and brie grilled cheese and ghee roasted plantains.
