800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen Aventura
800 Degrees serves up a different take on the usual layered lasagna at Udonis Haslem and Dwyane Wade’s Aventura restaurant. Here the lasagna is formed by using tube-like paccheri pasta that are rolled and stacked with bolognese, then topped with Castelmagno bechamel, and tomato. Order one for the table and share, it’s definitely family-sized.
The Surf Club Restaurant
Like all dishes at Thomas Keller’s Surf Club, this lasagna is an elevated take on the Italian dish. Here the lasagna noodles are layered with all-day braised beef and forest mushrooms and then baked to perfection each and every time.
Ember Miami
Brad Kilgore’s wood-fired eatery features a fire-roasted vegetarian 30 layer lasagna. There’s 15 layers of pasta and 15 layers of maitake bolognese and Gruyere fondue cooked in a Spanish Josper oven that gets up to 1000 degrees, creating a layer of crispness on the outside.
La Fontana Steakhouse
A steakhouse in Doral isn’t the first place one would expect to order lasagna, but that’s not stopping La Fontana from featuring one with a twist on its menu. This dish combines layers of pasta, bechamel sauce and beef marinara sauce, with layers of ham, small sweet peas, gouda, and mozzarella.
Macchialina
Rich creamy taleggio and shredded short rib are what make Macchialina’s lasagna so special. Well, that and the fact that it’s part of the restaurant’s famed Pasta Thursdays where it’s featured for just $10.
