As today's DB Bistro Moderne news will attest, the restaurant scene here is always in a state of flux as far as chef shuffles are concerned. And while many restaurants in the city may not be brand new, the folks running their kitchens are, and they're hopefully breathing new life into old menus. Below, we've rounded up a list of restaurants with new chefs at the stoves that may be worth a revisit.
