We be slurplin and shuckin’ these succulent suckers as the oyster craze has officially hit a trend peak in the Miami dining scene. Diners are crowding local bars and restaurants and sinking their taste buds into this aphrodisiac indulgence. And Miami’s postcard backdrop with it’s sexy gente and cool beaches is the perfect spot to throw back some chilled champagne and oysters on a hot day.

And whether you’re an East Coast or West Coast fan — there are plenty of these fresh critters to go around in some of Miami’s top hotspots. Below are our top 10 picks (listed in alphabetical order) to find these slurpable crustaceans.

Edge, Steak & Bar

When you think of oyster bars, steakhouses don't usually come to mind. But locals in-the-know head to Edge for its fresh seafood, including $1 oysters during its happy hour, just as much as they do for the restaurant's steak creations.

Located on top of Lincoln Road Mall it's got some of the best views in Miami and some of the freshest seafood to boot. Your best bet? Grab a dozen oysters, a cocktail and take in the sunset at this scenic establishment.
