We be slurplin and shuckin’ these succulent suckers as the oyster craze has officially hit a trend peak in the Miami dining scene. Diners are crowding local bars and restaurants and sinking their taste buds into this aphrodisiac indulgence. And Miami’s postcard backdrop — with it’s sexy gente and cool beaches — is the perfect spot to throw back some chilled champagne and oysters on a hot day.
