Miami Spice participants this year have cultivated flavorful vegetarian and vegan-friendly menus that all can enjoy without sacrificing taste. Here’s a list of the best vegetarian and vegan menus offered on this year’s Miami Spice listed in geographical order from north to south.

This South Beach Greek serves a variety of meat-free items on its Miami Spice. The lunch and dinner Spice menus feature a Greek salad and a wild mushroom moussaka with eggplant, potato, and Greek bechamel. Also available are the spanakopita with feta, spinach, and chervil during lunch and the Ornos chips (lightly fried zucchini and tzatziki) for dinner. Dessert options are baklava, rice pudding, and ravani (sweet semolina cake with citrus zest and vanilla ice cream).
