Where To Actually Get a Decent (And Healthy) Meal During Miami Art Week

Because surviving on champagne alone is only good in theory.

View as Map

Miami Art Week is officially upon us. For the next five days, Miamians (along with half of New York City’s population) will be soaking up as much culture and modern art as they can possibly handle.

Between checking out the many art fairs, partying into the wee hours with a celebutant or frolicking in the sand at one of the beachside tents, it can be a draining and long week where it's hard to get a decent meal without plenty of planning, deep pockets and lots of patience.

And while booze in all its many forms is easier to come by then a bad driver during Miami Art Week, food is not. Especially if you're looking for anything remotely good for you (and, no, popcorn and canapés don't count). So we did some digging and found the best places to grab a quick, healthy bite in the heart of the action — no reservation needed.

Opt to build your own salad, bowl, wrap or soup with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free friendly toppings. With Freshii open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner you can fuel up no matter what time you hit the fairs.
