The hot dishes at this South Beach restaurant, like the sheep’s milk ricotta on grilled bread and marinated skirt steak, are wonderful, but if you’re looking to cool off, the options from the oyster bar are the way to go. Enjoy the ceviche with a cold craft beer and the only thing colder will be you in the blasting A/C.
